After an order has been placed, it is deposited within a maximum of 24 hours after payment at the post office, and an email containing your order's tracking number will be automatically sent to you.

Delivery times to France are 2 to 4 business days with tracked parcel and tracking number; for Belgium and Switzerland, delivery times are 3 to 6 business days, also with a tracking number.
Parcels are dispatched within 24 hours of payment; all our products are shipped from France.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay with PayPal.
For payments with an Aurore, Carte Bancaire, Maestro, and other debit cards, you must pay through PayPal even if you do not have an account.
To do this, simply select "Buy with Paypal" on the shopping cart page. You can then select "Pay with Visa credit or debit card" on the next page. Then, you enter your country (France), and in the card type, you can select your card.
