DELIVERY
For individuals:
All our products are prepared in France within 24 to 48 hours maximum after payment, and sent via La Poste tracked parcel or Mondial Relay. All order confirmation information and tracking numbers will be provided by email.
Shipping costs:
The rate is fixed for France, Belgium and Switzerland.
Free delivery from 49€ of purchase for France to a relay point.
Mondial Relay delivery: 3.90€ for France (2 to 4 working days) for orders under 49€.
Tracked delivery: 6.90€ for France (2 to 3 working days), Switzerland and Belgium (3 to 6 working days).
For professionals:
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours depending on available stock, and sent by carrier (estimated delivery between 3 and 8 working days).
The tracking number is not sent by email for professional orders shipped by carrier. In case of difficulty, please contact customer service: sav@nostea.com
Shipping costs:
France 🇫🇷: 49€, free from 180€ excl. tax.
Belgium 🇧🇪: 79€, free from 400€ excl. tax.
Switzerland 🇨🇭: 149€, free from 600€ excl. tax.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
⚠️ No cancellation or refund requests can be accepted after the order has been shipped. If you wish to withdraw or cancel after shipment, you will have to refuse the parcel and pay the fixed delivery costs.
Late or missing refunds
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@nostea.fr .
Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
