Green tea and its history: We have been consuming green tea for its taste and medicinal properties for about 5000 years in China and 1500 years in Japan.

Green tea, ideal for your bubble tea, its infusion develops a sweet and aromatic character, the resulting taste is very vegetal, iodized, with a note of cut herbs.
The combination with fruit pearls or jellies will make an excellent bubble tea!

Green tea should be steeped in hot but not boiling water, around 85°C. Infuse 5 grams of tea for about 5 minutes for a delicious Bubble Tea.
