What are fruit pearls or Boba?
Boba (or fruit pearls) are fruit-flavored pearls. Nostea pearls are closer to the true taste of fruit thanks to their unique French manufacturing process containing fewer additives than Taiwanese pearls, coated in a thin layer of edible vegetable gelatin. Boba are crunchy, the thin film breaks easily when you bite into them to release their delicious fruit flavor of your choice. These fruit pearls are gourmet and colorful, very visual, they make Bubble Tea even more attractive.

Gelified pearls with a liquid syrup heart, in a sweet syrup.
INGREDIENTS:
Water, glucose, strawberry syrup 2.8% (strawberry juice from concentrate 40%, citric acid); flavor, acidifiers: lactic acid; gelling agents 1.9%: sodium alginate, calcium lactate, cmc, calcium chloride; thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum; preservative: potassium sorbate; sweet potato extract, purple carrot extract for coloring.
STORAGE:
Before opening, store at room temperature.
After opening, keep refrigerated between +2 and +5°C for 14 days.
Choking hazard: not suitable for children under 4 years old. Adult supervision is required for older children.
